Romania (approx. May 20 – June 3) The Romanian military is open to the message of Jesus Christ and this is your opportunity to use your influence as a military cadet or mid. Invest 2 weeks before summer training or between jobs. We'll be initiating with students at the academy as we live with them, by helping w/conversational English classes, and discussions on leadership. Off campus, we'll pursue relationships, engage in cultural exchange, and share our faith through testimonies. We'll also model ministry methods and techniques to the Romanian cadet leadership. This project is primarily for cadets, midshipmen, active duty, and guard/reserve students. You will be wearing your uniform in the classroom. The focus is on relational evangelism born out of service. (*dates are subject to change) |

Gettysburg National Battlefield(Approx. June 20 – July 11) Come learn Biblical Leadership on the Battlefield of Gettysburg. This three week proctect is our most comprehensive project for Cadets/Mids. We will challenge and equip you to be spiritual leaders. We partner with a local ministry, the US Christian Commission, to serve the community and share the Gospel. 1.7 million tourist come through Gettysburg each year. As the majority travel in the summer to learn about what happened in 1863 we have a great opportunity to tell stories of faith from the civil war and share what God did during that time and what he is doing today. Learn how to share your story (testimony). This project is open to any college students, military academy cadets and midshipmen, and ROTC cadets. |

Rocky Mountain High Six one week sessions May 30 – Aug 1) Rocky Mountain High (RMH) is an outdoor adventure program hosted by Officers' Christian Fellowship (OCF) that focuses on Biblical principles and the character of Jesus as prime examples for leadership. RMH is open to all cadets, midshipmen, and campus staff who work with Valor. Taking place in Colorado's spectacular Collegiate Peaks Range, Rocky Mountain High is a unique program designed to impart to future officers the desire and ability to exalt Jesus Christ within the military community. Plan to climb a 14 thousand foot mountain, white water raft, do ropes courses, hike, and mountaineer. Open to cadets, mids, and campus staff who work with Valor. Additionally, there are group rates available. |

| Guatemalan Military Academy (Approx. Mid July) Be a part of transforming a nation through its military. Young leaders eager to grow and learn while they are still developed and trained as soldiers. This a great opportunity to use your background as doors to connect with hearts of similar men and women. This project will require poise and intention on the part of participants. You will be living and eating with foreign cadets, participating in classes at a foreign academy and ministering to new friends on your free time. | ||||

Alaska (Approx. July 3– 23*) This men-only project is for cadets and midshipmen who want to fish, hike, explore, and learn militarily how to build a spiritual movement among their fellow future officers. The focus is on how to be a spiritually fit leader on your campus, in your ROTC unit, and as a new US military officer. The curriculum covers your personal walk, evangelism, movement-building strategies, working with missionaries in the bush, service projects in remote villages, & learning how to lead like Jesus.(*dates are subject to change)

Funding SPs - where's your faith? Funding for these trips is made possible by your faith and prayers. Once you go through the application process and receive acceptance, we'll send you thorough information on how to ask people you know to be a partner in ministry with you this summer through prayer and financial support.You'll be able to invite others-family, friends, fellow church members, etc.-to invest in expanding God's kingdom as you go this summer. We'll guide you with instructions. It is always encouraging to see God bring in the financial support that we need for our summer project staff and students! Be encouraged, every staff member in the world is responsible for building a team of ministry partners and God has done it over and over again. . How to Recruit for summer projects.
