We'd like to see your name and picture in a special edition of Command magazine

A special summer edition of OCF's Command magazine features this year's crop of new lieutenants and ensigns.

To have your name and picture included you must:

• Be a member of OCF (it's free to join). If you aren't a member it's easy to join here.

• Complete and return this form to karen.fliedner@ocfusa.org (or by fax to Karen at 303-761-6226, or by snail mail to OCF, Attn: Karen, 3784 S. Inca St., Englewood, CO 80110).

• Do all of this prior to May 15th
